YOGA

Art & Yoga offers vinyasa and hatha yoga classes , mobility and stretching classes as well as occasional workshops, concerts and exhibitions.

Classes are taught by Marie, trained in vinyasa, yin and hatha yoga, as well as dance and circus arts. As a resident of the Cœur d'Hérault guest house, courses and workshops are offered to you at the subscriber rate! (10€/class, variable price for workshops and concerts).
All the material (mats, bricks...) is provided , you just have to choose flexible and comfortable clothes to come and practice!
